This dining plan includes 1 counter-service meal credit, 1 table-service meal credit, and 1 snack credit per person, per night of stay. Receiving this dining plan free of charge saves a family of four about $107 or more per night of stay, based on the regular cost of this dining plan. Contact us for details.  Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter Resort and Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort are excluded from this offer.

Book a qualifying vacation package at a Disney World Value Resort (Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, All-Stars Music or All-Star Sports Resorts, or Pop Century) and receive the Disney Quick-Service Dining plan at no extra cost. The quick-service plan provides two quick/counter-service meals + 1 snack per person, per night of stay. Receiving this plan at no extra cost saves a family of four about $85 per night of stay. You can upgrade to the Standard or Deluxe dining plans by paying the difference between the quick service dining plan and your preferred dining plan. Contact us for details.  Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is excluded from this offer. The Little Mermaid Standard Rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort are excluded from this promotion but the family suites are included.

Travel Dates: Your arrival (check-in) date must fall between August 31 – October 3 / October 26 – November 1 / November 9 – 20 / December 12 – 23, 2014  to qualify for the free dining promotion.    Remember that the check-in date is the important date, if you arrive by December 23, your departure date can extend beyond December 23 and you will still have free dining for the duration of your vacation, even over Christmas.

Minimum Requirements: Must purchase a package that includes three (3) Consecutive nights stay at a Disney Resort + at least 2-Day Disney Magic Your Way theme park Tickets.

Must book by August 8, 2014.

You must use your Disney Visa to pay a $200 deposit at the time of booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is completely refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival so there is no risk at this time.   If you think you might want to take advantage of Free Dining, book a room now and then cancel later, if necessary.

Exclusions: Fort Wilderness campsites, Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort, Disney’s All-Star Movies, all 3-bedroom villas, Villas at Grand Floridian Resort, and Little Mermaid rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort are excluded from this offer. The Cabins at the Fort Wilderness campground and Family Suites at Disney’s Art of Animation are included in the promotion.

Dining Reservations – Dining can be booked up to 180 days prior to your arrival which means that dining can now be booked for most of the free dining dates. Have We Travelers Three book your dining reservations by purchasing one of our Customized Itinerary Plans or Magical Meal Plans as soon as you are able. The free dining promotion has a serious impact on the number of available dining reservations and some restaurants will fully book very early.

In addition to the free dining promotions, you can receive vacation planning help for an additional fee when you book your Disney vacation through We Travelers Three. We will provide a Customized daily itinerary, help with dining reservations, and a  subscription to Disney+ Newsletter to help you with Disney World Theme Park touring plans that keep you ahead of the crowds and out of the long lines.

2014 Disney Dining Plan Changes

Disney Dining PlanThe Disney Dining Plans have undergone a price increase; and now details for 2014 Disney Dining Plans are starting to emerge!

There aren’t too many changes so far in the 2014 plans, but a few updates may affect your plans. Take a look!

2014 Quick-Service Disney Dining Plan Changes

Disney has added a few new restaurants to the plan for 2014, and some meals at select locations are no longer available for a DDP credit:

New Disney Dining Plan Restaurants

Beaches Pool Bar and Grill, Grand Floridian (lunch) — this location has a brand new menu this year! Fountainview, Epcot (breakfast) — this will be re-opening as a Starbucks location later in 2013.
Meal Changes
Note that these changes may be due to tweaks to a restaurant’s menu and/or operating hours:

  • Main Street Bakery (breakfast only, no longer allows lunch or dinner)
  • Backstretch Pool Bar, Saratoga Springs (lunch only, no longer allows dinner)
  • On the Rocks, Saratoga Springs (lunch only, no longer allows dinner)
  • The Paddock Grill, Saratoga Springs (breakfast and lunch only, no longer allows dinner)

See more info about these changes on our Disney Quick Service Dining Plan page.
2014 Platinum Disney Dining Plan Changes

Here’s what’s been updated in the Platinum Dining Plan for 2014:

  • Reserved seating at Fantasmic! is no longer included.
  • Bike rentals have been reduced from 1 hour to 30 minutes.
  • Guests can now choose any massage and facial of their choice for the included spa treatments.
  • Richard Petty Experience now includes a Junior Ride-Along opportunity for kids 6-13 years old!
  • Characters in Flight is now offered.
  • Epcot Segway Tour is no longer offered.

Read more about the Platinum Dining Plan here!
Updates to Cancellation Dates

Note that for 2014, the package cancellation policy has changed. If a guest cancels one day prior to arrival, the total cost is non-refundable!

2014 Disney Dining Plan Restaurants

See an in-progress list of the 2014 Disney Dining Plan Restaurants here.

More Updates to Come

“Why isn’t Restaurant X listed on the plan?!???!?!?” While some restaurants are already listed on the plans, it’ll take some time before all eateries are finalized. (Usually restaurants not owned by Disney wait until the last minute to re-up their status in the Dining Plan). For instance, you’ll notice the absence of many Downtown Disney restaurants. These (and others) will likely be added throughout the remaining 2013 months.

Our recommendation is to book your Advance Dining Reservations for 2014 based on the 2013 Disney Dining Plan Restaurant list. If, for some reason, a restaurant that you’ve booked does not continue on the Dining Plan in 2014, you can then make other plans.

Stay tuned for more Disney Dining Plan information as it is released. Please understand that this is all subject to change.

Thanks to Disney Food Blog for the heads up and information.
